Help about my yahoo account?

I have rogers/yahoo account and i cant sign into the internet! it keeps poping up even after ive pressed sign in 20 or more times. the password and email address are correct and if i switch windows account i can sign in to my internet, but on my windows account it wont let me. we also have 2 computers and it works fine on the other one too! i know i have NOT been "hijacked" or however you spell it because im on my internet right now and its working! its just on my windows account, it wont let me use the internet! PLEASE HELP! ive tried everything scans, deleting unwanted programs and files. even a little information would help me. thanks!

when you log in use another user name and go start then to control panel find user accounts set up a new one so that you should have your own access to your internet it should work. because when you have an account its just so that you can store personal things that you wish not to share try it it should work just fine. if something goes wrong e mail me at [e-mail]    

P.S If you have given your e mail address out to any spacific web site while logged under your user name in windows that web site might have sent you a anti viruis or something be very carefull. I try to be carefull too. Try it .

1. Another Yahoo ID is signed in on your PC. 2. Your signed in at another location on another PC. 3. Caps lock is on. 4. Wrong Password. 5. Wrong ID. 6. No internet connection. 7. Security settings set to high. 8. Cookies have to be accepted to log you in.

The only thing I could think to do is delete the present account and try making another one.

go into the account that doesnt work and call rogers tech support they can troubleshoot with you but make sure you have a phone in front of the pc their number is 1-888-288-4663 ask for hi speed technical support
