Help!...again?Crisis with ballet dvd,any good suggestions?

So my dvd arrived-new york city ballet workout part two-some of you have probably heard of it...to be honest haven't been doing too well and i was dissappointed to find i was out of breath keeping up with it..so kinda gave up,coming back from holidays tomoro and wondering is there any point in continuing or even trying?although i'm not overweight i am for a dancer and this depresses me...motivation or advice?

  1. I definitely know how you feel about weight and stamina and such, being a dancer myself. I'd personally advice you to keep doing it, but maybe for a shorter time each day? Then when you can do that, you can do it for a little longer and a little longer until you can do the whole thing.It's good that the program is challenging, it wouldn't help at all if it wasn't! I really don't think you should quit, it just takes time and practice, and a heck of a lot of repetition. Good luck!


  2. I have tried that DVD and let me tell you: not super easy! Keep working at it, and you will get better. Don't overdo it at first, but try to do a little more every day. Good luck!
