Help....all the characters on tv are green

Question

Hi. After shutting off my television for a bit tonight, we turned it back on and all of my characters are green. I have tried to adjust the contrast, brightness, tint, color, etc to remedy the problem and nothing seems to be helping. Please help me figure out how to fix this problem. The television is less than 3 (three) years old.Thanks alot!Tina
