I am 13 days late!

I am 13 days late. The first day of my last period was on june 25th and I had unprotected s*x on the 30th. Im not on the pill or using protection . I'm feeling symptoms of pregnancy tender nipples, i feel sick . . Could I be pregnant?

person just get a pregnancy test and all ur probs will be answered. how old r  u anyway??
