Help? annoying friend...?

my so called "best friend" has done this numerous times. she has a car and will call and say she's coming over..keep in mind that she lives less than 10 minutes away..and even though she'll say she's coming over she wont show up until an hour or two later! it's getting annoying! what should i do?

hey, can you come over when you say your coming over.

haha or after its been like thirty mins just leave and then she will show up and be like wtf.

and be like, oh sorry i forgot you were too slow! haha but that'd be mean! but funny
