  1. hey!

it took me 20 minutes each to get mine in :[ and i got them yesterday.

i think you should just relax, it's new to your eye; your eye is not used to something in it.

just do it how your doctor did.

  2. You should practice a lot but the problem people have is that when your finger gets close to your eye you want to blink. Try not to blink and when  you feel the contact touch your eye don't pull back just try to keep going. It is really hard at first. When you finally get them in. Try touching your eye a few times before you take them out to get used to your finger getting near your eye Good Luck!!!

  3. wash ur hands

n make sure contacts are clean

-i start wit my right eye-

1-hold ur eye lid up wit ur left hand [i use my middle finger]

n the lower part of ur eye wit ur right middle finger..then

wit ur right index finger put the contact in.

2-squeeze out all the lil bubbles, look

up n down to put it more

    in place/comfortable

n do the same with the other.if ur eye's a lil dry

put some drops in ur eye, on the contact...it wont hurt.

a lil tip..sometimes how the contact is shaped

makes it a whole lot more comfortable..so

before u put it in or wen u take it out, look at how its

shaped..like a bowl or with the sides sticking out

oh!..n dont worry bout taking it out its wayyy easier, just

pinch it a little and take it out..simple :)

    make sure hands r clean

  4. don't be sacred to touch your eyeball it is scary at first but you will get use to it.

If you are right handed have your middle finger under your eyelid and put your contact on your index finger. With your left hand put your middle finger on top of your eyelid and stretch your both eyelid until you can see most of your eyeball so it would be eaiser to put it in. Make sure you do not blink when you out it in.

  5. Don't be afraid of putting them in, because the worst thing that could happen is they will feel like you have an eyelash in your eye.

Put the contact on your pointer finger.

Put your free arm behind you head, reaching your arm around your forehead, then pulling up on your upper eyelid. Use your middle finger (on the hand with the contact) to pull down your bottom eyelid. Then just move your pointer finger toward the eye and hold the contact on it. Shake your finger around on your eye so there's no bubbles of air between your eye and the contact.

If it still hurts, the contact may be inside out or your solution may be expired.

    Good luck!

  6. I just got my contacts last Sunday and I'm not having any trouble putting them in anymore.

What I do is put my right contact in first.

I put it on my left pointer finger, then with my left middle finger I pull down my lower eyelid. Make sure you hold down where the lashes are.

Then with my right hand, I pull up my upper lid.

Then I look up and stick the contact in and let go of the lower lid, then the top lid.

I pat my eye down to get rid of air bubbles and, while keeping my eyes closed, I look around in a circular motion.

Repeat steps with opposite hands when putting in the left contact.

    Hope it helped.
