Ultimate unless you have a business... business just has some extra programs to help with a...business.

I would get Business as I think its cheaper, with ultimate you get windows extra and couple of games which are useless and not worth the money their charging

Home Premium focuses on Media features like the DVR and TV Tuner support.

Ultimate (as its name implies) has BOTH set of features, for those that want EVERYTHING... So if your question is about the MOST FEATURES, Ultimate wins! It has ALL features from ALL versions of Vista!
