I also love designing the interiors of house but im too young to do anything drastic. What i really want is a unique hobby that would keep me occupied through out most of the day. could anyone help?

  1. How about quilting? I thought it was for old ladies but when I tried it I was hooked. There is tons of room to be creative and the outcome is always useful.

  2. To be more unique, going for hobbies that aren't the most popular at the moment is a great idea. Knitting and crocheting are two in addition to quilting as the last person said. Sewing in general lets you make useful stuff and learn what colors and textures you like together. I like using polymer clay (Fimo or Premo), which can be used to make jewelry or small sculptures or just about anything you can think of. I've seen whole scenes done in Premo (Sculpey III is can break too easily), and miniature animals are fun to make. There are a lot of ways to make jewelry too, including chain mail which is getting popular again in certain circles. Now you can get colored chain rings to make it from, so its kinda cool. Look at what's popular, then go back a generation or two! Try different things, and see where they lead you.

  3. how about prestamped, prequilted, cross stitch baby or lap quilts, they wil ltake you awhile to get it done so it wil llast you awhile.

  4. Jewelry Making ;)))

  5. if you like taking pictures do that, nobody is good at first, it takes practice, as far as a unique hobby,  try feng shui, it's asian design principles, don't need much just a few books,  reading in general is the best hobby that anyone could pick up.
