im a foreign high school student trying to apply for a college in the US. I want to be a dentist but that's too expensive. i tried going through grants but they accept A students, im just an AVERAGE student. I was thinking of applying for a music scholarship but still have a pre-med course for dentistry.

is that possible?? i heard i could take up medicine and just join a chorale group or something to lessen my tuition expense.

please help. thanks :)

  1. no i dont think you can do that, the best to do will be to start in a community college ( it will probably take you more than 2 years in CC because they will make you take ESL..but i see that you speak English you might get away with it, but like i was saying , at Community college you will have to work hard to get your GPA up, because you cant be an Average student for medical school , so you need to work on that GPA than from there you can get scholarship and financial that will lessen your College cost , medical school is expensive so in the long run you will need a loan, so while you in a CC, work on your credit so that when you are ready for a student Loan it would not be a burden
