Help: back to school outfit!?

i usually help people with their outfits, but for some reason i am stuck on createing mine! I like american eagle, abercrombie & fitch, claires, kira plastinina, aeropostale, limited too [sometimes] im like 5 ft and i am a size 8 in shoes.. we have a dress code, no short shorts, no flip flops, no hoodies, no tank tops. im a brunnette with fair white skin, so pleaseeeeee help me! school starts friday! best answer gets 10 pts!

my school has a dress code too, so it's hard to make outfits. how about

a detailed/flowy/babydoll cami over a plain t shirt with whatever goes for pants or a skirt and shoes. you can always accesorize with cute headbands, bracelets, etc,
