you can try "newegg,com". They have everything from Graphics cards to Digital Cameras. They usually have free shipping (no i am not advertising, just love that website) and they have great customer support.

there are some nice canons for that price, but i'd go with kodak c813

My recommendation is to boost your price range to $179 or $199.  At the $100 to $150 level, the cameras are really crappy and don't last long.
