What is it that you want? I am quit surprised that you don't get anything for your birthday, but okay. If your under 18 and living in your mom's home, just bring it up in small talk. "Mom my birthday's coming up I am so excited" "Do you think I'll get that ___________ I wanted!" Maybe she just forgot, cause trust me it does happen. But if you are older than don't really nuge her for it, jut get some cash to get it.
