Help! blackberry curve.

Question

i have the curve 8310 and i cant get any messenger services on it!!

msn messenger is what i want the most.

it goes to the page and lets me choose english to install and then accept the terms, but after that nothing happens.

whats wrong??

Are you positive you have subscribed to the messaging servce? If so, then its an internal issue, and you will need to take it back to the store, and get a replacement.
