A burned wall collapses onto a crane, which falls on and injures a bystander, flo. what action could flo bring against EZ Delivery company and what elements must Flo show to recover damages?

I'm not an expert, but it seems to me that Flo could reasonably sue EZ Delivery and the driver, Dan, for negligence.  Flo's injuries were the direct result of the carelessness of Dan when he failed to properly control the delivery vehicle when he parked it (i.e., leaving it running without setting the mechanical brake).
