Help buying Ranch Rush for pc.?

I downloaded the game ranch rush and really enjoyed it and now would like to buy buy it, i would but and download but for some reason my laptop won't let me download anything at the minute it was fine before but now nothing (if anyone can help me with this i would be great full) anyway if anyone could tell me if i can buy it straight on disc that would be great and where too also. Thankyou.
