Help buying hdtv need help budget $600max what should i do?

i am buyign a new tv for my room im looking for a tv that is 26-32 inches 32 inches would be better but i want a good tv that will last around 4 years. i do not want a bad tv that will fall apart after 1 year or so. thanks in advanced.

  1. Save an extra 150 bucks and get the 4 year in home service plan. Cause any HD TV for 600 bucks was made as cheap as possible and is going to give you trouble. Just make sure that it has a built in tuner. At that pricepoint they are going to be cutting corners to keep cost down.


  2. I bought sharp 32" more than a month ago for about $750 (from Walmart). I saw its prices have dropped since then. May be you can find it <$700

    So I think you will find a 26" in less than $600.

    I've seen some 32" models from not-so-popular brands for <$600.

  3. Any HDTV priced at $600 or less does not make it junk as others have said. I bought this sceptre model a year ago when it only supported 1080i.  Have had no problems what so ever. Not only do you get a nice entry-level priced 32" that supports 1080p, Costco extends the warranty to two years.  

    As usual with costco links they're way to big. Go to costco.com and search "Sceptre X32BV-Naga 32"

    I'm sure you'll like it.
