three of my enemies came by and decided to slash my tires and key my car...

i was really pissed because i had no solid evidence, but a daily runner came by my house today and said that she saw three people and were lookng suspicious so she asked what they were doing and one of them ran and two drove away.

the lady remembers their faces and i know pretty much who excatly did it since it fit the description perfectly, can i sue them? report them? or any sort? what should i do? excpet for insurance

  1. report them the the police. have the lady give the description and tell them who you suspect based upon the description. they will probably have to go through a line up etc. if the person identifies them correctly, then well they get arrested. If you want to go the civil route, well if you get a judgment against the people, do they have the money to pay it? Just because a person has a judgment against another person doesn't mean they have to pay it. You have to go through different routes to enforce the judgment.

  2. Go to the police. Take the witness with you if possible. You can pursue a court case. This sounds like a Judge Judy episode.

  3. Hey KUDDLez i suggest you dont gang bang the three dots on either side of your name is a dead give away. i work with the gang task force and i wouldnt be surprised that you have enemies. Their sisnt much you can do sorry just make a police report. You need solid evidence that they did it

  4. You think you can depend on the legal system? It's nothing more than a dog and pony show. Eye for an eye I say (that is what true justice is, after all). I would totally slash their tires. Not quite as satisfying as suing the c**p out of them, i'll admit, but fair.
