ok i want to learn spanish or french if you know any one of these languages can you like teach me over email like once a day i can log in and you teach me but tell me your email adress if your inter ested thatx 4 you time lol

The Rosetta Stone programs are very effective!  If you can't find anybody here, that's what I would suggest.
