Help cant receive 360 messages where do i go to correct this so i Can receive?

1. settings - basic info - primary email address: did you selected any mailbox ?

2. settings - communication settings: check the section

On your 360 home page, go to settings. Click save and continue at the bottom. The first section on this page will allow you to choose who can send messages-friends, friends of friends, or anyone on 360. Then, if you'd like to be more selective, you can can opt to receive messages from friends in all categories or just from friends in paricular categories. Be sure to click save at the bottom. I hope this helps, but it sounds as if you are having a problem receiving from those friends you should be able to. Possibly a 360 glitch or hacker issues?
