Help car trouble?

look i need some ones advice to see whats wrong with my car

i was driving down the freeway going 60 mph when i heard a weard noise and out of nowhere my car startes to slow down until it finally stops i got it towed to my house but i dont know whats wrong with it so can any one give me some advice.

could be lots of things ,dropped valve ,broken camshaft or drive shaft. A mechanic will need to look at it  ,sounds like it will be expensive to fix though.

First thing that you should check is to make sure that you still have your drive belt on.......

What make and model and year?  Any other information on performance that you can furnish?  What did the noise sound like?
