Help caring for a baby cardinal?

I just found a baby cardinal. It seems very weak. I saw it flying around yesterday and it was fine but today it's abandoned and it's neck is very wobbly. I think it's hurt :( I'm scared to touch or move it in case the parents come back but I think it's unlikely. I'm waiting on a return call from a local wildlife rescue but in the meantime Any Suggestions??

Sorry to hear the bad news.  It's usually better to leave the eggs and chicks so that the parents don't abandon the nest.  If you think that it's really in trouble, calling a local wildlife rescue is the best thing to do.
