how would you run a children church will adults are in church no couring drinks or food

Did you put htis int he wrong section? You get a program that has several lessons in it, I am not sure where our church got ours from and it is best to serve some kind of snack, but kids are so allergic to anythign these days so cheeerios may be best for little ones. We had to take out the gold fish in our church. We usually start with toys, where we check the kids in thru a computer system and put their name on their back, so a parent who is not authorized to pick up the kid will not run off with the kid. We have safety gates everywhere because kids seems to run away, we found one kid who almost made it to the parklot and could have gotten ran over. We then start with the lesson, that comes with an art project and a song. The two to three year olds just play int he play area, they have a slide  with tunnels in each room. We have diaper changes for each little one who is still in dipers and a sticker that says they have been changed. Then we check to make sure they go back to the parents that they belong to. Some parents are so picky and germaphobics that we have had to stop taking bottle and diaper bags. We check each person background to make sure they are not child molesters and if guys work with kids they are not allowe dot change diapers (so they are not accused of anythign) and we try to instruct them not to let little girls climb on them.
