Help choosing a camera?????

My friend has a camera that will take a picture where its black and white, except for one chosen color that shows. Does anyone know what that is called? And if you know what cameras can do this, please tell me!

I am looking for a decent camera that doesn't cost a lot.

That feature is "Color Accent".

Canon's Powershot SD line has that feature. Those cameras cost around $150-$200.
