Help company i work for is this legal

I work for a company where the ceo, president and vice president all draw an expense check each week, they have now signed up for the 13 x weeks of unemployment, the expense checks do not go on the quarterly reports, it only goes to the ss board, is this legal? and if not what to do, if anything???? Help please

No way to tell from the info you give if it's legal or not.

If the expense checks are reimbursement of expenses that they report in detail and provide receipts where required, then it is very likely legal.  The expenses themselves, not the expense checks, would go into the quarterly reports.

Report them to the labor board........then clean out your desk......your gone.......and if your wrong........get ready to get sued...........

i really don't understand the question and i don't think you do either.......

for them to get the 13 week extension they would already be approved for unemployment,  so obviously they are unemployed or at least the state thinks they are.  expenses checks are reimbursements for out of pocket expenses that were paid while working. these expenses cold have been incurred prior to these three losing their jobs. if these three are unemployed then i would have to think the company is no longer in operation so you would also be unemployed............................

just rambling but this whole scenario just does not make sense.

Are you the accountant?  because unless you are, you really don't know the details of how the company finances are reported.

Recieving expense checks is perfectly normal, and legal as long as they are properly accounted for and represent legitimate company expenses.  They would not show directly on quarterly reports, which do not show HOW expenses are paid, just how much.

I don't understand what you mean about unemployment, you'd have to explain that better.
