I've stopped using my beloved Redken, and I've gone through 3 brands already, but they DAMAGE MY HAIR! I've tried Herbal essences, Sunsilk, and Suave. My hair is VERY brittle and dry. What can I use that doesnt contain wax or use harmful ingrediants?

  1. I use Pantene to moisturize hair and you may need a leave-in conditioner (Pantene) and I also suggest using a deep conditioner a couple of times a week or VO5 hot oil treament

  2. Sounds like you need to be looking a deep conditioners rather than shampoos.

However, as you asked about shampoos...  I have very dry hair and am currently using Green People intensive shampoo which doesn't have silicone, wax, parabans or any other nasties.  It's the best natural(ish) shampoo I've used.

  3. Get a few masks.  Placenta wraps work really well.  I use sea placenta and I have fly away, thin, frizzy hair and it has really helped.  I also regularly give myself avacado/mayo wraps.

  4. It Really depends on your hair you cant have people tell you
