what should i do? suck it up and stay or risk losing my spot for a summer get away?

  1. go to Spain and have a break, but practise tennis there and show your coach when you get back that you still deserve to be in the team. Anyway Spain is the home at the Wimbledon champion this year.

  2. It's your chance to see another country & it will be best for ya to experience it.

Ya may be back soon & recoup from your tennis standing back home & just make up for the lost time.

Who knows, maybe you'd be better off with the Spaniards.

  3. Tough one to call since you will lose something if you go the other way. I don't know really. These sort of questions are better left to your own choosing.

  4. go with your parents and enjoy Spain...who knows, your tennis in spanish with gusto....

  5. Go to spain and then kick *** back to first when you get back dont even worry about it

  6. Take a break. Practise skills in spain then use those skills against your school because spanish play a different style to british. e.g Rafael Nadal. he's a powerhouse. That way you should easily get back to number 1 and your coach will regret the threat he made to you.

  7. take a break from the tennis.it will do you good.everyone needs a holiday

  8. Go to Spain - you may never have the opportunity again.

You can always play tennis - you can get back to no1.

  9. Take the break and enjoy it. Also sounds like the coach is using effective mind games with you, if you are good enough for the team now, you will still be good enough after a month. The coach dropping you is his/her loss. You even admit you want to get our and breath for a sec. Go for it  and enjoy your time with family.

  10. u actually need a breather... go 2 spain.. u gonna play better ven u come back n rock da team..

  11. Do take an opportunity to take a break, you can always come back and re - work your ranking in tennis.

  12. There's nothing wrong with wanting to take a little break and relax and get some rest. It's a chance to look at different surroundings, and just have some "you" time. Your coach is just being idiotic, getting high up in the rankings takes time, energy and work and when you come back you'll be refreshed and rested and you can work yourself back up to where you want to be. Your only human and this vacation just could be the best thing for you. GO AND HAVE FUN!
