  1. Hey there~Just google the definitions and get your answers!

  2. pitch-i THINK it can be defined as the frequency of the tone

    octave-musical interval of eight tones

clef-symbol on the staff to indicate the name and pitch of notes

treble clef-a sign that locates the G above middle C, placed on the second line of the staff, counting up

bass clef-a symbol placed on the fourth line of a staff to indicate that the fourth line of the staff corresponds to the F next below middle C

grand staff-A treble clef line and a bass clef line joined together form what is called a "grand staff" (not positive about that one..)

ledger line-a short line added when necessary above or below the staff to increase the range of the staff

  3. --Pitch:the quality of a sound governed by the rate of vibrations producing it; the degree of highness or lowness of a tone.

--Middle C:the C near the middle of the piano keyboard, written on the first ledger line below the treble staff or the first ledger line above the bass staff

--Octave:a series of eight notes occupying the interval between (and including) two notes, one having twice or half the frequency of vibration of the other.

--Clef:any of several symbols placed at the left-hand end of a stave, indicating the pitch of the notes written on it.

--Staff:a set of five parallel lines and the spaces between them, on which notes are written to indicate their pitch.

--Treble Clef:a clef placing G above middle C on the second-lowest line of the staff

--Bass clef:a clef placing F below middle C on the second-highest line of the staff.

--Ledger line:a short line added for notes above or below the range of a staff.

  4. you really should try to find the answers on your own.. but i'll be nice and help you out this once.

pitch- high or low tone related to a musical note or voice.

middle c- tone near the top bass range and lowest of soprano range. (located between the two staves of the grand staff)

octave- 2 tones 8 pitches apart played at once.

clef- music symbol placed at the beginning of a staff to show where the rst of the notes align to.

staff- 5 horizontal lines tht notes are written on.

treble clef- symbol showing second line from bottom of a staff. represents g over middle c.

bass clef- fourth line from bottom of staff. represents f below middle c.

grand staff- four octaves using both bass clef and treble clef. two for bass, and two for soprano.

ledger line- music line used for notes that do not fall on staff. (the little lines drawn uder notes that are above or below the five regular lines)

feel free to rephrase differently from me.. but those aren't direct from a dictionary... so feel free to copy them too.  next time, look them up. it seriously isn't hard to find.     hope that helps.
