is there any device i can use to record one digital tv program while i am watching another (inbuilt digibox)

You'll need a separate box. Or a box with more than one tuner. Like a V+ (or Sky+) box.

you need to search for a pvr with TWIN tuner or a tv with that built in. (PVR= Personal Video Recorder)

in essence it is a hard drive or other means of recording connected to a twin tuner allowing you to record from one or two programs while watching a pre recorded program on some devices.

I can't give you specifics as the twin tuner PVR (a sagem) that i own is now discontinued.

then either buy it online or go and collect it.
