there's a phone number you can give it to a guy or girl you dont like for them to think is ur number i think is call the rejection hot line and that tells a guy or girl what you think of them does anyone know the number??

Yes, there is a Rejection Hotline, but it works a little differently.  It is set up as a way you can use to send the message that "you've been dumped," or to tell an over-eager loser to get lost.  

In other words, I've never heard of the Rejection Hotline being used as a way to avoid giving out your real phone number to someone you've just met, although I suppose  you could do that as well.  Mostly, however, it is for people who just don't want to deal with confrontation. I don't think I would ever use it myself, but I did hear about one woman who used it to warn off a semi-stalker, so I guess it at least serves that purpose.
