Help downloading dsl-n?

Ok, i'm downloading dsl-n striaght to the cd drive from the internet. Is this working, the cd isn't humming like i'd expect it to when it's burning something.In fact it's making no noise at all, but the download window says it's downloading. Also it says it'll take another hour and it's 15% through.

Am i doing something wrong?

You can't download and burn the same file at the same time. Wait until it has downloaded then burn the resulting .iso file "as an image" to your disc.
