Help e get a six pack?

can some one send me links to good exercise to get a six pack cause i have pipes but not abs to go with it help

  1. You need to burn off all the fat on your abdomen and then any exercise that uses your abdominal muscles (sit-ups, push ups, etc..) shows much, much more..

    Reducing your body fat helps emphasis your muscles, that's the first step before exercise

    skip...

    eat well...

    not to do it everyday...

    because

    its a muscle that your trying to develop

    and it takes time to notice the difference if you keep working out

    so work out...

    gradually building it up

    then rest for 2days or so...

    so it develops
