  1. If you're looking for funny to lighten people up as the sometimes are at a reception how about this?........ May you be best friends forever, when you feel like you've reached the end of your rope..tie a knot and hang on!!

  2. As you celebrate your wedding, know that others share in your joy and hope that all your married days will be as happy as this one.

May you find your dearest friend, your deepest love, and your greatest joy in each other.  Congratulations.

To the two of you, this is a very special day for all your family and friends and we are so happy to share in the celebration of your love and devotion, know that we are here whenever you need help and support.

  3. Look at this site: http://www.quotationspage.com/

They have a lot of really good qoutes.

  4. "It's not where but who you're with that really matters."  It's from a song, but he doesn't have to say that.  I just think this quote is appropriate for the union of two people.  Also, I don't think it's corny which is a plus.

Also:  True love stories never have endings.  ~Richard Bach

A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person.  ~Mignon McLaughlin

Tell him good luck with the speech.

  5. "Its not who you can live with, but who you cant live without"

May the both of you have a long, loving and blessed life together

  6. A friend of mine at a wedding said something like "may your accomplishments outnumber your failures" He could add something else like "may your love continue to grow throughout both of your lives"...

    I hope this helps!

  7. How about something like:

"I'd like you all to join me in wishing (Name) and (Name) the very best for their future journey together. And I hope, when they look back years from now on this, their wedding day, they realize it was the day that they loved each other the least."

I like how it implies that their love will only become greater, and it's simple and not too mushy, so a guy could say it, even if he's not very close to them.
