Help!!! eye question! graduation soon?! you will get 10 points! questions about possibly pink eye/causes?

Question

ok at a party yesterday with my friends a guy took a hose and sprayed it righttt into my eyes and it hurt caues the force was on full blast jet but i was like wahtever its jus water. and then later me and my friend were having a mud fight and threw a grosss clump of my RIGHT INTO MY EYES. i couldnt open them for like ten minutes but i washed them out and they still hurt but i thought they were fine.. until like 10 minutes later my friend was like u still have a clump of mud inside ur eye and she got it out. i went in the bathrroom and checked all inside my eye to make sure i didnt have any more. but later that night everytime i shut my eyes hard my eyeball felt soo sore and painful. and i woke up in the middle of the night and my eyes crusted over and stuff so im like ok i have pink eye. but i have graduation in two days and i need to know if this is serious. i have a beach party today but if u think this is really serious i wont go an ill o some home remedies or go to a doctor. THANKS

You might want to go and let an eye dr look at them cause the dirt might have scratched your eye ball.  If they were crusted shut and after you cleaned the crust off, they still felt goopy and had a sticky discharge and the whites are pink and really blood shot, you have pink eye.  I think there is some over the counter stuff for it, but the best you have to have a prescription from the dr.  Also sometimes the dr will have samples to use to see if it will clear up.
