First -- I'd suggest you take it down a notch, you seem to be desperate.

Second -- You should project an image of confidence and competence.  Do this by thinking, speaking and writing in complete sentences that use correct grammar and punctuation.  If you go to a potential employer with the language used in your question's post then you'll get no where.

Third -- Go to your favorite store, ice cream house, restaurant, etc. and ask for an application.  Dress well.
