Get an amp with equal or less than the handling power.

Kicker 08ZX7501 was made for the 2ohm enclosure so you if you get that one it would be easier. Otherwise you would probably want a 2ch amp that you can bridge to 800 at 4 ohms which would Kicker 08ZX8502.  But i am pretty sure you can find the the 08ZX7501 cheaper and get the same results so try to get to the 2ohm enclosure version of the same setup.
