Help findin info?

hello i need help!!!! my friends was murder many yrs ago how do i find info about it does anyone know?? i really want to know if the person got caught i tried lookin in the paper but it dnt go back tht far..help me please

I would recommend contacting your Local Police Department (call their office number, not 911).  This is where they store the case file.  You may request to speak to an officer and he/she will look it up for you.

The police may not be able to help you the case may still be open, you can try, but can't you contact the family, they'd be up to date on everything.
