I've looked for a while, but need help to find the online manual for a Black and Decker All in One Breadmaker 9710 SX model. I've found a few manuals, but they aren't for that model, and I wonder if I can still use those recpies or not. I'm hoping I can, but not sure, this is my first time using a break machine, I don't want an overflow or something!! Thank you in advance!!

  1. Look for the manufacturer's web site and ask for the manual for your bread machine.  You can also go to the place you bought it from and they could possibly obtain it for you.

Good luck in making your bread.

  2. Check their website.  I couldn't find your model; however, they have some online manuals.  They probably operate generally the same, so they may be of help.  You could write their customer service to see if they can send you one.

You want to watch how much bread you make for the size of your machine.  Can you tell what size loaf you'll be making?  The machines are generally 1 lb., 1 1/2 lbs., or 2 lbs.  for your loaf size.

I have a 1 1/2 lbs. loaf machine and can make 1 lb. loafs with no problem.  Of course, 2 lbs. would be way too big for my machine.

You should be able to use any bread machine recipes, as long as they aren't for too big a loaf.  I use recipes from years ago with no problem.  If you don't know the size of your machine, go with a 1 lb. loaf.  If you have room left over, go for a 1 1/2 lb. loaf, and so on.

Make sure the water for the yeast is room temperature, so the yeast works for you.  That's usually the mistake new bread makers make, if they make any at all.  Good luck.
