Help finding a toy?

Question

For my sixth or seventh birthday, my mom gave a a really cute doll. She came in a little purse shaped like a cloud. I'm pretty sure she had blue hair and she came with a cat or dog or something. There was also a teaset. You could hook her up to a clear pole so it looked like she was "flying."

There were blue, pink, and purple ones.

Any help will do!
