Help finding chapters of a textbook online!!?

The textbook is: Debating Democracy: A Reader In American Politics (Paperback, 2004). ISBN -10: 0618437665.

I tried iChapters.com, but they don't have it. Does anybody know of a website where I can get the 1st chapter of the book for free, just like iChapters.com.
