Help finding old seventeen issue?

i want to know which issue of seventeen it was. i think it was feb 2007, mar. 2007. maybe jan. 2007? idk 4 sure but if u can find it, will you PLEASE let me no, and they list the nail polishes you can use to creat the look. if u can, i wuld like the products they used. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! if u cnt do both, can u @ least tell me wut issue it was? thnx SO much!

I don't know what issue thats from but i do remember that photo, and I want to say that the polish they used was from OPI's Tuxedo collection which was all different blacks and whites.   I keep old tears i like from magazines but i must not have that one.  Hope that helps!
