Help finding rogue trademan?

does anybody know of how to track down trademans in WA, Australia? we had a contractor come in and do work and we're not happy with the finished results. now he's not answering our phone calls when we try to get in touch with him. just wanted to know what you do?

all i have is his first name and mobile number. and we tried calling the company who recommend him and they claim all they have is the same number we have and thats it.

we had a similar problem in w.a we were interstate and were trying to get some tiles layed we had this bloke all lined up to do the job, he had the key and everything, he got there and the job was too hard and he dumped the key in the front yard and left. There is so much demand for these tradies at the moment but it sucks cause you are left with under average results we are lucky he didn't have any of our dosh !!!!
