Should I run 2 Soul Exchanges, Shrink, and Enemy Controller? Should I add in Creature Swap? I would like to cut down to 43 cards, if possible.

Pretty good, try taking out Mystic Swordsman LV2, it won't be much use if it doesn't have any of it's other LVs.
