Help! food poisoning??,am I going to die?

Question

I just ate a pear earlier today and I didn't know that it was partially rotten.Now I have massive head ace and I feel like throwing up.I took Aspirin for the head ace but it doesn't work.I think I may have gotten E.coli disease and I don't have health care to go see a doctor.What do you think I have?,and am i gong to die if I don't see a doctor?

u wont die, but u need to get the hospital, or call for a doctor anyways

you NEED to go see a doctor. but if you insist on staying home, you need to induce vomit. keep doing it until nothing comes up anymore. dont take anymore OTC pills, they could make it worse. Drinks lots and lots and lots of water. (they would have you on an IV at the hospital). It might not be e.coli. there are plenty of other things it could be. Check your temp, anything over a 103 you should put all your money worries aside and get to the ER. if you dont have a fever then its nothing bacterial, you will ALWAYS get a fever when you have foreign bacteria in your system. Check your temp every hour, to make sure nothing changes. hope you feel better.

If like you are dieing you shouldn't be asking questions on yahoo.  Get yourself to an ER right away, it doesn't matter if you have health care or not, they will treat you.
