Help for Starting a small business in Mumbai,India .?

Hello , I am 18 year old boy from Mumbai.. I've been having major knowledge on HARDWARE of computers .I was looking for starting up small business like ASSEMBLING computers and selling it . But the question is WHO WOULD BUY MY COMPUTER ?And how should I tell everyone that I've started my business .I don't have that money to advertise on Cable channels ,Newspapers ,Radio .. So its a very small business I am starting . Its a beginning from ZERO.Also , I can provide services like clean up of hardware ,formatting of computers ( WHICH MANY DUMB ASSES DON'T KNOW ) So help me out starting a small business in MUMBAI . Which is full of competition .
