  1. If you are familiar with Greek cuisine, you can easily choose from:

Starters: tahini, hummus, tzatziki, green and black olives, tyropitakia, feta cheese with olive oil and oregano, taramas ( red evgotaraho ), raviolis with grated cheese

Main dish: souvlaki, pastitsio, patates fournou or patates lemonates, stifado, tavas, moussakas

Salads: Greek salad, rokka salad, artichokes with lemon juice

Sweets: baklavadakia, chocolate cream, ice cream

Drinks: ouzo, metaxa, tzitzibira and beer

  2. Ok, I'm not the Greek afficionado like the other two folks, but I can sure tell you what I enjoy when I go out for Greek food (translated:  what your guests might enjoy as well!):

    Appetizers:

Taramasolata, hummus, melitzanosalata, tzatziki with fresh pita, avgolemono soup

    Main Dish:

    Greek Lemon Chicken

    Spanikopita

    Pastitsio

    Moussaka

    Souvlakia

Gyro meat or lamb with olive oil and lemon

    Side Dishes:

    Roasted lemon potatos

    Beets and feta cheese

Greek salad with carmelized onions, feta, kalamata olives

    Desserts:

    Rice pudding

    Kok

    Baklava

    Galaktobouriko

  3. I agree with all of the above choices

    BUT
