Help for a rookie DJ (advice on first decks)?

im looking into getting some decks but ive only got like between £100 - £200 for some

i know this wont get me some technics or anything realy special

im not expecting much just something to get me started at the best possible kick up the ***

atm im mainly bothered about the mixer :/

ALSO

if anyone knows of any cheap good quality speakers/amps
