Help for a socially better year at school?

I've never kissed a guy or gone out with anyone. I know I'm really pretty, not that that is the most important thing. Guys at my school always seem to go for the S****y mean girls. It's just not fair. I'm athletic and get all A's in school. I'm 5'5 and a size four. Everyone is always telling me how attractive I am, but no guys ever seem to be interested. I also don't have many friends. School friends, but I never do anything on weekends or after school. I'm very kind and have been hurt by many of the mean girls at my school. Also nicer girls who just exclude me because they already hang out with a group that they obviously don't want me apart of I guess. Help? I want this too be a good school year.

You don't want those kind of guys. find a church youth group to get involved with and find some nice guys. You also may want to read the book How to Win friends and Influence People. I think it will help.

Honestly, you don't want those kind of guys to like you, and you don't want to be those kind of girls friends. I'm just like you, and I chose to home school, I met a great guy and now were getting married in January. You know what? I didn't have to change a thing about myself for someone to like me, and the friends I do have like me for who I am. Never change for anybody because you'll regret it. Stay who you are and you'll make friends, trust me.

Just talk to everyone! give compliments, and go to school football games.  Football games are the best. Also, try and stand out.  If you do something different then people will notice you and you will get more attention that way.
