she applied for him when he was 20 years old , he got approved from the INS and they transferd the case to NVC in april-12-2007 . any one know how long it takes for him to get the visa?

i have my brother in law who went to do his papers while he was in usa they then deported him overseas he has a wife and 2 little kids (7 yrs & 4yrs old) born in america..now hes stuck overseas for 3 yrs now waiting to get his papers..good luck...

She can track the priority date on the monthly visa bulletin.  If he is over 21 and unmarried, the wait - depending on his nationality - is from 9 to 15 years,
