Help for bibliography?!?

Question

ok so i have this book which is a biography (which we all know isn't a primary source itself) but it has pictures of actual documents inside of it (which is a primary source) and i'm going to be using this book as a primary and secondary source, so how do i list it in my bibliography? would i put it twice under Primary Sources and Secondary Sources? because i have this really really strict teacher (AP) and i dont want to ask her because its really close to the due date and i haven't even started so she's probably going to bite my head off! So please help me, what do i do?

My professors usually like me to list them twice, but before i do that, I try and search to see if I can find the primary source in your case the photos in another book or website so you wouldnt have to list it twice. But if your teacher is making you list primaries and secondaries seperatly then list it for both.
