Help for disable?

I’ve got a close friend. He’s a disable and poor person. He’s very worried and disappointed about his future because he couldn’t study much but He likes to study and can learn easily.

And because he couldn’t study much do not have any career. I want to help him because he’s really a needy one. Can you please help me to find those organizations, websites that helps this kind of people in becoming a little independent by training or any other way even beyond borders?

If your friend has access to a computer or the library, he can take courses on line. Does your town, village, or city have a Social Assistance program?  Often Church or charity groups will give the disabled assistance in becoming self-sufficient.
